About Heya Masr:
Heya Masr is an NGO that aims to restore dignity and pride among young Egyptian women. It
delivers an educational program to young girls and boys aged 6 to 18 in underprivileged areas. The program develops their character, raises their awareness of nutrition and health, and teaches them to protect themselves against sexual harassment.
Position Overview:

- Implementation of the “Hayati and Hayatna” programs in communities across Cairo.
- and will lead field teams, coordinate with community members, and ensure the successful delivery of program activities.

Field Team Supervision:
Lead and supervise a team of instructors, volunteers, and interns in daily program activities
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on objectives and address challenges
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and support
Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and workload distribution
Report team progress and challenges to the Program Operations Manager
Program Implementation:
Ensure the effective delivery of the “Hayati and Hatana” program curriculum in assigned communities
Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and group activities for children and youth
Coordinate logistics for field activities, including venue arrangements, materials, and equipment
Maintain regular communication with beneficiaries and their families
Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and child protection standards
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, parents, and local stakeholders
Conduct community outreach to identify new beneficiaries and expand program reach
Address community concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Facilitate parent engagement sessions and community awareness activities
Data Collection & Reporting:
Track attendance, participation, and progress of program beneficiaries
Collect qualitative and quantitative data from field activities
Prepare weekly activity reports for the Program Operations Manager
Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned from field implementation
Support the M&E system by ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Training & Capacity Building:
Support the onboarding and training of new team members
Identify training needs within the field team and communicate to management
Share best practices and facilitate peer learning among team members
Mentor volunteers and interns to develop their skills and confidence
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of all field activities and attendance
Manage program materials and supplies for field activities
Coordinate with the Program Operations Manager on budget tracking for field expenses
Support the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Community Development, or a related field
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in community development, youth programs, or NGO fieldwork
Experience working with children and youth, particularly in underprivileged communities
Previous experience in team coordination or supervision is preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
Ability to build trust and rapport with children, youth, and community members
Organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:
تبحث مؤسسة هي مصر عن قائد فريق نشيط ومتحمس لدعم تنفيذ برنامج “حياتي” في مجتمعات القاهرة. ستكون هذه الوظيفة تحت إشراف مباشر من مدير عمليات البرامج وسيكون مسؤول عن قيادة الفرق الميدانية، والتنسيق مع أفراد المجتمع، وضمان التنفيذ الناجح لأنشطة البرنامج.
المرشح المناسب يجب أن يكون متحمسًا لتمكين الشباب، وماهر في تنسيق الفرق، وملتزم بإحداث فرق ملموس في حياة الأطفال والشباب في المجتمعات المحرومة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
الإشراف على الفريق الميداني:
● القيادة والإشراف على فريق المدربين والمتطوعين والمتدربين في الأنشطة اليومية للبرنامج
● عقد اجتماعات منتظمة للفريق لضمان التوافق على الأهداف ومعالجة التحديات
● متابعة أداء الفريق وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة ودعم
● تنسيق جداول الفريق والمهام وتوزيع عبء العمل
● تقديم تقارير عن تقدم الفريق والتحديات إلى مدير عمليات البرامج
تنفيذ البرنامج:
● ضمان التنفيذ الفعال لمنهج برنامج “حياتي” في المجتمعات المحرومة.
● تنظيم وتسهيل جلسات التدريب وورش العمل والأنشطة الجماعية للأطفال والشباب
● تنسيق اللوجستيات للأنشطة الميدانية بما في ذلك ترتيبات الأماكن والمواد والمعدات
● الحفاظ على تواصل منتظم مع المستفيدين وأسرهم
● ضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة للسياسات التنظيمية ومعايير حماية الطفل
التواصل المجتمعي:
● بناء علاقات قوية مع أفراد المجتمع والآباء وأصحاب المصلحة المحليين والحفاظ على استمراريتها.
● إجراء التوعية المجتمعية لتحديد مستفيدين جدد وتوسيع نطاق البرنامج
● معالجة اهتمامات وملاحظات المجتمع بطريقة مهنية وفي الوقت المناسب
● تسهيل جلسات إشراك الآباء وأنشطة التوعية المجتمعية
جمع البيانات وإعداد التقارير:
● تتبع تقديم المستفيدين من البرنامج وحضورهم مشاركتهم.
● جمع البيانات النوعية والكمية من الأنشطة الميدانية
● إعداد تقارير أسبوعية عن الأنشطة لمدير عمليات البرامج
● توثيق قصص النجاح والتحديات والدروس المستفادة من التنفيذ الميداني
● دعم نظام المتابعة والتقييم من خلال ضمان إدخال البيانات بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب
التدريب وبناء القدرات:
● دعم تأهيل وتدريب أعضاء الفريق الجدد
● تحديد احتياجات التدريب داخل الفريق الميداني والتواصل مع الإدارة
● مشاركة أفضل الممارسات وتسهيل التعلم من الأقران بين أعضاء الفريق
● توجيه المتطوعين والمتدربين لتطوير مهاراتهم وثقتهم
الدعم الإداري:
● الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع الأنشطة الميدانية
● إدارة المواد واللوازم البرنامجية للأنشطة الميدانية
● التنسيق مع مدير عمليات البرامج بشأن تتبع الميزانية لنفقات العمل الميداني
● دعم إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية حسب الحاجة
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
التعليم:
● درجة البكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو التربية أو التنمية المجتمعية أو مجال ذي صلة
الخبرة:
● 1-2 سنة من الخبرة في التنمية المجتمعية أو برامج الشباب أو العمل الميداني للمنظمات غير الحكومية
● خبرة في العمل مع الأطفال والشباب، خاصة في المجتمعات المحرومة
● يفضل الخبرة السابقة في تنسيق أو إشراف الفريق
المهارات والكفاءات:
● مهارات قوية في القيادية قوية وإدارة الفريق
● مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة باللغة العربية (الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية)
● القدرة على بناء علاقات ودية موثوقة مع الأطفال والشباب وأفراد المجتمع
● منظم مع مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت والقيام بمهام متعددة
● مهارات حل المشكلات والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل
● إتقان (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● القدرة على العمل في ساعات مرنة بما في ذلك الأمسيات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع أحياناً
